Refund Policy
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with or need to return any products, we offer free returns within our 30‐Day return window for a full refund. You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to send back your items – if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All products must be 100% accounted for and in the original packaging. We will require proof of purchase, such as your receipt with an order number.
To begin processing your return, or for any other product‐related issues, please email shea@teamboxops.com so we can rectify the issue immediately. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 3‐5 business days.
*PRO TIP: Our products make a thoughtful and practical gift option for relocating friends, family, and clients—so if you no longer have a need for your products, you may consider gifting it to someone else who could use it!
EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our small business with limited supply of inventory at any given time, we cannot offer exchanges. However, if you would like to add more items to your order, or if you received an item that is defective or damaged, please reach out to shea@teamboxops.com so we can further assist you.
