Shipping policy

Our processing times on most products range from 2-5 business days, while volume orders may take longer. We do our best to process orders quickly, but during peak moving season your order may take longer.

On top of processing times, customers choosing standard shipping should expect an additional 2-5 business days for delivery; priority orders may arrive quicker in 1-3 business days; FedEx 2-Day orders should arrive in two business days EXCEPT when shipped on Thursday or later (in which case they are not guaranteed until the following week).

PLEASE NOTE: Once we hand off packages to the carrier, transit times and delays are completely out of our control. If you have a packing date coming up quickly, please email us and we will try our best to get the order out soon (but always choose faster shipping for a quicker delivery). With that said, if your order is lost or delayed beyond the expected delivery time (e.g. FedEx 2-Day), please email us and we will do our best to assist.
