āŖ LABELS: 4" x 4" square labels with rounded corners, large font, and bold bright color, water-based ink, and PERMANENT adhesive (**not intended for furniture - cardboard/disposable materials only!)
āŖ DOOR HANGERS: 8.5" x 5.25" rectangle with room names; die cut hole provided to hang on door knobs, or use painter's tape/command hooks to hang; printed with soy ink & fully recyclable.
- IMPORTANT: The label adhesive is PERMANENT and should only be used on cardboard or disposable wrapping materials, like furniture wrap. Do NOT label directly on furniture. (For plastic bins, consider using a softer adhesive under each label, such as painters tape, if you plan to remove the labels).
- Please note that if you are using a packing crew, you can request that they label boxes for you OR you may opt to follow behind as they pack each area and do the labeling yourself as desired.
- We recommend using only 1-2 labels per box. Our labels are designed to wrap around corners, so 1 label = 2 sides! Label on side corners or over top edges - whatever works best for you!
- Due to higher volumes, we CANNOT do custom printing. All of our labels are pre-printed, assembled by hand into sets, and ready to ship at the time you order. We do, however, include blank lines on our labels for you to add notes, location details, box contents, or contact info as needed.

Why would I need color-coded moving tools?
We can all safely conclude that moving is messy and hectic! However, organization is key to a smooth transition, enabling you to communicate, prioritize, and focus through the chaos. Our room-identifying products can also empower moving crews to navigate your new home independently, resulting in a seamless move-in day.
How are your labeling products different?
This will largely depend on: a) how you plan to relocate, and b) your new homeās size. For example, our LABEL HEROā¢ set is ideal for ANY type of move, and particularly for do-it-yourself movers who may only need the box labels. Our ROOM IDā¢ and PRO MOVRā¢ sets are ideal for professional moves because they can increase efficiency by streamlining the unloading process, giving you more time to focus on other critical tasks.
Which set and size is right for me?
This will largely depend on: a) how you plan to relocate, and b) your new homeās size. For example, our LABEL HERO set is ideal for ANY type of move, and particularly for do-it-yourself movers who may only need the box labels. Our ROOM ID and PRO MOVR sets are ideal for professional moves because they enable your movers to work more efficiently and independently. Weāve broken down our sets into two sizes, but our quantities are meant to serve as rough estimates since lifestyles may vary.
How can your products be used when hiring movers?
Most movers actually recommend using color-coded products! If you request it, many will be happy to label boxes for you (you may need to give them a tutorial on our wrapāaround feature). Since they would typically be writing on boxes anyway, this could be a huge timeāsaver for them and will also ease the grueling move-in day process. Many customers do prefer to label the boxes themselves and will simply follow behind as their movers finish packing each area.
Important information
Our adhesive isĀ PERMANENTĀ to last through humid conditions and long transit times. This means our labels are intended for cardboard boxesĀ ONLY. If you want to label other items, be sure to wrap them in protective plasticĀ wrap or other disposable materials first, and then label the outside layer.Ā
Label quantities in our sets only serve as estimatesāthe true quantity needed will vary based on lifestyle,Ā home size, and other factors. Only the customer can decide what may workĀ best. If you feel you need more than what is offered, you can mix & match sets as desired.Ā
Since we only offer one color for spaces like Bath & Closet, we include blank lines for your own personal notes (e.g.Ā master bath;Ā downstairs powder room;Ā upstairs hallway; etc.). You can also use these lines to add names, numbers, floor/level, contact information, or box contents!
